1. The service

kitegraph generates animated data-visualization videos from public datasets. You may use generated videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to the data attribution below.

2. Data & attribution

Charts are generated from World Bank Open Data (CC BY 4.0) and other cited public sources. The on-video source citation must remain legible in published copies. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party data.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

No abuse of the render queue, no automated scraping, no use of the service to produce deceptive or unlawful content.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
